Not all of Andy’s training regime is based on a court - occasionally they hit the gym, and occasionally they hit the track; and trust me, the track is nasty.
It plays a crucial part in building up strength and stamina, but it’s not for the faint of heart…
Here’s your opportunity to take a look behind-the-scenes at a couple of their sessions from the last week or so. And if you thought running a single 100 meter sprint was bad, try 20 of them in a row with just 45 seconds recovery time in between, averaging about 14 seconds for each.
Sound bad? It is…
1. Andy checks his split-time on sprint No. 12.
