Adidas competition

1. Entrants who correctly answer the questions posed in the competition and submit the answers will be automatically entered into the prize draw provided that they must be aged 13 or over and must not be employees of Parched Investments Limited or of its affiliates or their relatives. Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase necessary. This is a free prize draw.

2. No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected or corrupted during delivery to or from the Promoter due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever.

3. The promoter of this prize draw is Parched Investments Limited care of 33 Ransomes Dock, 35-37 Parkgate Road, London SW11 4NP, United Kingdom (the “Promoter”). All decisions of the Promoter in relation to this competition are final.

4. There is one (1) prize being one (1) adidas shirt. The prize cannot be transferred or sold on to a third party and there is no cash alternative to the prize (or any part of the prize).

5. The closing date for entries into the prize draw is midnight on 5 June 2012 (UK time). The Winner will be the first correct entry chosen at random by the Promoter on or around 5 June 2012. The Winner will be notified by email within forty-eight (48) hours of being chosen by the Promoter. If a Winner is not available, their email address not functioning or they do not claim their prize within forty-eight (48) hours from being contacted, their prize will be forfeited and a new winner chosen.

6. Any personal data relating to entrants provided on entry (such as names, email address, address and telephone number) will only be used to notify the Winner and deliver the prize and in accordance with this site’s Privacy Policy.

7. The Winner, using first name only unless otherwise agreed with the Winner, will be published on www.andymurray.com. The Winner agrees to use of their first name and, subject to separate consent, their image in promotional activity following this prize draw.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this prize draw at any time without notice.

9. This prize draw and these terms are governed by English law. Any dispute arising about them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

10. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive, remain in full force and effect.
