"Convinced he'll win"

Roger Federer strongly believes Andy will lift a Grand Slam title, and that it is more a question of when, not if.

"His game is so good that I'm convinced he will win one," said Federer after the match.

"He's a wonderful mover, tactician, great backhand. He has got everything you need to beat the best and to win big tournaments."

Andy spoke after the match of still having the hunger to win one, and the belief that he will.

"Sometimes it just doesn't happen when you want," Federer added sagely. "Sometimes it all of a sudden happens without you knowing that it did."

"I think it's just not an easy thing to do, and I proved it again tonight. But I think he's extremely strong in his mind, and I just feel like he's got the game to do it. The question is just when."
