After his successful comeback in Valencia, Andy now moves to Paris for the final Masters 1000 event of the year.
And the Paris Masters 1000 draw has thrown up a few mouth watering possibilities en route to the final, most notably the two US Open finalists.
Andy is due to arrive in the French capital this evening.
First up for Andy will be James Blake, the man who provided the final punctuation mark in Fabrice Santoro’s career. The American is Andy’s second round opponent.
After that, he’ll face the winner of Stepanek and Mathieu/Troicki in the third round.
Beyond that, there’s a potential quarter-final against 2009 US Open champion Juan Martin Del Potro.
And should he make it past the Argentine, World No. 1 Roger Federer looks a likely semi-final opponent.
Novak Djokovic and Rafa Nadal are in the other half of the draw.
